The EHS Officer shall report directly to the Head of Admin Services and will be tasked with ensuring full and proactive compliance with the mandates of key regulatory bodies including the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Laguna Lake Development Authority (LLDA), Energy Regulatory, Commission (ERC), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), and various Local Government Units (LGUs).

Key responsibilities of the role include:

● Monitoring and interpreting government regulations and ensuring company-wide

implementation

● Driving compliance and sustainability initiatives across all facilities and business

operations

● Proactively preparing for new or updated regulations

● Producing management reports and compliance dashboards

● Establishing systems and controls aimed at achieving zero penalties from regulatory

bodies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, Public Health, or a related field
  • DOLE-accredited Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training (SO2/SO3 level)
  • Experience in implementing EHS programs in a retail and/or commercial setting is preferred
  • Certifications in First Aid, Fire Safety, or Emergency Response is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of RA 11058 and relevant DENR regulations
