This role develops end-to-end customized healthcare solutions for hospitals—including technology management, facility design, healthcare consulting & transformation, financing models, and digital health solutions. The position is central in driving Enterprise Services and Large Complex Projects in the Philippines and supporting ASEAN growth. Oncology experience and strong engagement with hospitals and clinicians are valuable due to the nature of solutions and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the Enterprise Services business in the Philippines by building a strong sales funnel, engaging hospitals, conducting meetings with doctors and administrators, and preparing proposals aligned with internal structures.
  • Proactively develop the market by creating strategies and driving new healthcare projects with hospitals—including oncology centers, diagnostic units, and specialty departments.
  • Manage complex value-based solution offerings and long-term partnerships, facilitating co-creation dialogues with both public and private hospitals, medical directors, department heads, and clinical teams.
  • Lead project acquisition and all customer-facing sales activities independently, ensuring proposals and solutions support long-term value partnerships with hospitals.
  • Deeply understand local healthcare conditions and define market strategy for your assigned portfolio, including oncology-related solutions and hospital workflows.
  • Grow market share by expanding adoption of new portfolio elements within hospitals and clinical departments.
  • Work cross-functionally with business units, finance, legal, operations, customer service, vendors, and the ASEAN/global ES team to offer comprehensive turnkey hospital proposals.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and strong credibility with doctors, nurses, and hospital leadership teams.
  • Maintain expertise across healthcare solutions, asset management, financing, and digital health, and apply these across clinical, commercial, and technical discussions with hospital stakeholders.
  • Support and oversee consulting engagements across the Philippines, contributing to the growth of Healthcare Consulting and strengthening relationships with hospitals and clinicians.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Degree in economics, technical, or medical field; long-term experience in customer-facing healthcare or life sciences sales.
  • Significant experience in selling to hospitals, ideally including oncology, diagnostics, infusion therapy, or clinical solutions.
  • Strong background in large project/service sales with proven success in negotiations and long-term customer relationships.
  • Experience in consultative selling, solution development, and cross-functional or international team coordination.
  • Knowledge of the local healthcare system, hospital operations, economics, and emerging clinical trends.
  • Advantage: Prior oncology experience or close work with oncologists and hospital clinical teams.
