Job Purpose:

To build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, architects, and contractors, ensuring excellent communication, project alignment, and customer satisfaction. The RM plays a pivotal role in managing expectations, facilitating collaboration, and driving business growth through trusted partnerships.

A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management

  2. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients from project inquiry to completion.

  3. Understand client needs, preferences, budgets, and timelines.
  4. Provide regular project updates, handle inquiries, and resolve concerns quickly.
  5. Coordinate with internal departments (design, production, logistics) to meet client expectations.
  6. Upsell additional services or product lines based on client needs.

  7. 1-2 years of sales experience is required for this role.

  8. Architect Engagement

  9. Build rapport with architects and design professionals to promote the company's products/services.

  10. Prior experience in the construction or building materials industry is preferred.
  11. Experience working with either architects or contractors is sufficient.
  12. Share technical product information, samples, and catalogs.
  13. Assist in specification and customization discussions to ensure compatibility with design goals.

  14. Invite architects for plant/site visits, presentations, and industry events.

  15. Contractor Coordination

  16. Work closely with contractors during site visits, installations, and project execution.

  17. Ensure clarity of project scope, timelines, and technical requirements.
  18. Address on-site issues or installation challenges swiftly and efficiently.

  19. Coordinate delivery schedules and installation dates to minimize downtime.

  20. Project Tracking & Reporting

  21. Maintain updated records of communications, project status, and client preferences in CRM tools.

  22. Basic data entry level experience with CRM tools is required.
  23. Provide reports on project pipeline, progress, and post-installation feedback.

  24. Follow up on project closures and after-sales service, ensuring satisfaction and referrals.

  25. Cross-Functional Communication

  26. Collaborate with sales, design, logistics, and finance teams to align on project deliverables.

  27. Communicate customer feedback internally to improve products, services, and processes.

  28. Market Intelligence

  29. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and construction pipeline developments.

  30. Recommend strategic partnerships or marketing efforts based on field insights.
