CSR - Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
- Stay updated on products, services, policies, and procedures
- Meet or exceed performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with customer service software, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
