We're Hiring: Customer Service Representative (Healthcare/Medical Account)

Onsite | Night Shift | Competitive Salary

Are you a seasoned CSR professional with a passion for healthcare and helping others? We're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and support a leading Healthcare/Medical Account.

Role Overview:

As a CSR expert, you'll be the frontline of patient and provider support—handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

  • Willing and able to work onsite during night shift hours
  • Minimum of 2 years CSR experience, must be in healthcare or medical-related accounts
  • Proven experience in handling customer inquiries via calls, emails, and ticketing systems
  • Open to a salary range of ₱25,000 to ₱33,000

  • This role requires working onsite at St. Francis Square, Ortigas, Pasig City. Are you able to commit with this setup?
  • The position follows a night shift schedule aligned with US hours (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Manila Time). Are you able to commit to this schedule?
  • The role offers a fixed salary range of Php 25,000 to Php 33,000, based on experience. This range is non-negotiable. If selected, are you willing to accept this compensation?
  • Are you available to start immediately or within October?
