  1. Monitoring of Accounts Management transactions

  2. Tracking of daily transactions received from various touch points and ensures requests are properly attended to

  3. Coordination with customers and other groups to ensure completion of support requirements within agreed quality and timeline.

  4. Ensure that the deliverables are available within the committed turn-around-time to the external and internal clients based on timeline such as but not limited to:

  5. a. Submission of Updated Masterlist

  6. b. Membership Updates
  7. c. Reimbursements
  8. d. Annual Check Up Coordination
  9. e. Wellness Program Coordination
  10. b. Disapproval Letters / Ineligibility advice
  11. c. Pending membership status due to incomplete data and requirements

  12. Assists in the implementation of accounts retention activities

  13. Provides necessary support to implement account retention program and activities in close coordination with Sales Team

  14. Receives and handles phone-in and written client inquiries and concerns on membership movements, claims and availments

  15. Provides appropriate recommendation in addressing operational issues and elevate critical concerns, cases and request for Management approval

  16. Coordinates with providers / insurers to ensure that customer requests are implemented accurately and timely submission of the deliverables to external clients

  17. Prepares and releases daily transmittals and correspondences to clients such as but not limited to:

a. Reimbursements

  1. Automatic preparation of Monitoring Reports on a weekly basis

a. Concern / Issue Tracker

  1. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
