
Process and Partner Manager

Job Description Facilitate the planning and structuring of processes and business requirements gathering sessions. Lead the development of plans, roadmaps and strategies related to the specific business processes assigned to (aligned/involved with).Manage Vendor partner contracts and relationship, as well as review Commercial Group's DPAs and DSAs ensuring customer data is treated with utmost security and confidentiality.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities of this position will include but will not be limited to the following:
Process Management

Facilitate, elicit, and analyze requirements targeted at improving operational maturity and/or efficiency/effectiveness of the data value chain and operating model.

Analyze data value chain processes and provide solutions to increase operational maturity.

Engages stakeholders and facilitates cross-functional process workshop sessions.

Maps out current vs. future state processes.

Designs and recommends process improvements.

Conducts impact assessments for proposed process changes.

Implements process changes and improvement and documents it through workflows and Policy and Process Manual (PPM) documents.

Ensures smooth adoption of process changes across teams.

Communicates process improvements and their impact to stakeholders.
Contract Management (Commercial DSA/DPA)

Review all Data Processing Agreements (DPA) and Data Sharing Agreements (DSA) of the Commercial Group.

Evaluate if the data use aligns with the agreed-upon purpose and organizational objectives.

Validate data sharing limitations and obligations.

Assess whether data flow, data retention and deletion policies comply with regulations and aligns with ISDP.

Collaborate with ISDP, legal and business teams for thorough evaluation of the agreements.
Vendor Management

Act as the main point of contact for vendor-related communications and escalations.

Facilitate contract renewals of key Vendor Partners.

Act as liaison between Vendor, EDS Proponent and Globe Legal for contract reviews.

Facilitates RFP / sourcing activities for SOFA engagements.

Monitor and oversee EDS contracts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Graduate of any bachelor's degree, with strong preference in administrative and/or data driven background

At least 5 years minimum experience related to the role

Open to work in a hybrid setup and report to BGC, Taguig
