Qualifications:

Graduate of any 4-year business/marketing related course.

Experience in marketing or digital marketing is not a must but an advantage

Has experience with CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce)

Has experience with LMS & CMS tools

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Customer-oriented attitude.

Has a certain ability to withstand pressure, and has a self-motivated spirit

Understand the relevant matters of the job, cooperate with the marketing team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Insights Associate

Reporting & Analysis - Track and report key performance indicators such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion, engagement, and retention.

Present campaign insights and recommendations to key stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Benchmark best practices and implement innovations to elevate digital CX and loyalty performance.

For the whole team:

Database Growth & Optimization

Develop strategies to grow the CRM database through digital activations, sign-up drives, and partnerships.

Monitor data hygiene and ensure compliance with data privacy policies (e.g., GDPR, local regulations).

Work closely with analytics and IT teams to refine segmentation, predictive modeling, and campaign triggers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php24,000.00 per month
