Job Description

As a Client Support Specialist, you will help bridge communication between teams and clients, supporting proposal preparation and marketing coordination. From maintaining documentation to managing project follow-ups, you'll play a vital role in keeping client relationships strong and projects on track.

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Night Shift (12:00 AM - 09:00 AM, Monday-Friday, Weekends Off)

The Qualifications We Seek

• 1-3 years of experience in client support
• Strong written and spoken English (business communication and can adapt to US communication style)
• Strong email etiquette and client communication
• Comfortable with proposal writing, document formatting, and maintaining indices like the Proposal Index (PI)
• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Asana
• Organizational and client coordination skills
• Ability to assist with proposal preparation and documentation

Your Daily Tasks

• Coordinate and attend internal and client-facing meetings, take notes, and manage follow-ups
• Assist in drafting and organizing proposals, checklists, and supporting documents
• Maintain and update Asana and the Proposal Index (PI)
• Conduct lead tracking, outreach emails, and contact management
• Support marketing efforts - scheduling meetings, updating contact lists, and registering vendors
• Handle general administrative duties (file management, scheduling, coordination)
• Participate in company meetings and trainings
• Manage multiple ongoing proposals and follow-ups
• Coordinate across departments (technical, marketing, admin)
• Maintain attention to detail under tight proposal deadlines
