About the Role

The role of Integrated Operations Centre (IOC) Agent is a vital component of our ability to deliver excellent service. IOC Agents ensure that all bookings are fulfilled on time and accurately, providing support across daily operations and helping to maintain a seamless service delivery experience for our clients. The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly to operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

 Comply with all Equity Transport Group policies and procedures, including but not limited to Social

Responsibility, Environmental, and Social Media policies.

 Uphold the company vision, mission, and values in all interactions with internal and external

stakeholders.

 Monitor daily bookings to ensure services are allocated, confirmed, and delivered on time.

 Liaise with chauffeurs, operators, and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of services.

 Take proactive steps to identify, escalate, and resolve potential service delivery issues.

 Accurately record and maintain booking details within company systems.

 Support operational workflows to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.

 Contribute to a collaborative team environment within the IOC.

 Suggest improvements to enhance service quality and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications/Requirements

 Previous experience in operations, logistics, or customer service preferred.

 Experience working in an English-speaking business environment desirable.

 Strong computer literacy and ability to learn company systems.

 Flexibility to work on a rotating roster including weekends and after-hours shifts.
