Overview

We are a U.S.-based financial services firm seeking a creative, results-driven web professional to design and develop beautiful, high-performing, customer-facing websites and landing pages.

Your mission: turn visitors into leads and leads into clients through compelling design, seamless functionality, and smart integration with marketing tools. You'll work closely with our marketing team to revamp existing pages, launch new service pages, and build ad-driven landing pages that are visually engaging, SEO-friendly, and equipped with tracking to measure real ROI.

This is a long-term, remote role with creative freedom, career stability, and the chance to see your work directly impact growth.


What You'll Do
  • Design & build visually stunning, responsive, and on-brand web pages, microsites, and landing pages for ad campaigns.
  • Create conversion-optimized layouts that use strong CTAs, lead forms, and persuasive design principles.
  • Revamp existing pages to improve SEO ranking, readability, and user experience.
  • Integrate Facebook Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and other tracking tools to measure performance.
  • Work with marketing to test and improve conversion rates through A/B testing and heatmaps.
  • Manage our WordPress sites (Elementor or similar builders) and ensure fast load times, accessibility, and mobile optimization.
  • Implement SEO best practices from the start — no "retro-fixing."
  • Collaborate on creative ideas for new service launches, campaigns, and content.

What We're Looking For
  • Portfolio showcasing live landing pages and websites you've designed that improved conversion or SEO performance.
  • 3+ years in professional web design & development roles (agency or marketing team experience a plus).
  • Strong WordPress and Elementor skills.
  • Comfort with HTML/CSS/JavaScript (enough to customize beyond a builder).
  • Proven experience with SEO, Facebook/Meta tracking, and Google Analytics.
  • Eye for brand-aligned design, typography, and layout.
  • Creative thinker who understands marketing goals, not just code.

Bonus Points
  • Experience with HubSpot, ClickUp, Zapier, or other marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of lead funnels, membership areas, or gated content platforms.

Soft Skills
  • Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
  • Self-starter — can gather what's needed without constant oversight
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and responsive to feedback
