Job Objective: (Impact to Business)

·       As a Campaign Operations Coordinator, you will predominantly be responsible for delivering the leads from our internal delivery teams to our lead management tool. You will work closely with the Delivery team, as well as client facing teams, to provide updates on the uploads via email and our project management tool. The goal of this role is to deliver the leads as quickly and efficiently as possible, ensuring no disruption in the client receiving the leads at their requested cadence.

Job Responsibilities: (Scope and Limitations of Functions)

·       Referencing the internal tracking spreadsheets to know what to upload to our lead management tool, Convertr

·       Prepping the files in Microsoft Excel for upload into Convertr

·       Keeping the invalid rate of the uploads as low as possible by controlling factors such as formatting and lead pacing to ensure leads are processed as effectively as possible

·       Providing internal teams with updates via email and our project management tool on the status of the uploads, keeping them apprised of any changes

·       Communicating internally if leads are not ready when they are supposed to and working to find a solution

·       Ensure the queue of leads ready to be uploaded is cleared each day

Job Skills: (Specialized Technical Expertise/Competencies)

·       Proven experience in a similar role, preferably utilizing a lead management tool

·       Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

·       Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail

·       Proficiency in utilizing MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel

·       Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

·       Able to communicate effectively across numerous teams who may have a different goal with the task you are completing

Job Requirements: (Educational Attainment, Certifications)

·       Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

·       Work experience in a similar role or industry prioritized over educational background

Job Profile: (Experiential and Behavioral)

·       The ideal candidate for this position is comfortable and experienced working on a deadline and ensuring files are delivered to the lead management tool in full on a daily cadence. They should be able to complete this task as well as concurrently updating internal teams on a regular basis. This is a role built around a unique process, and therefore training and support will be provided to ensure candidate has all resources necessary to succeed in this role.
