Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, supplies, facilities, and compliance.
  • Manage contracts, vendors, and company permits/licenses.
  • Supervise HR-related functions (records, attendance, policies).
  • Lead the accounting team (AP, AR, payroll, taxes).
  • Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with BIR and accounting standards.
  • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and overall financial health.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA is an advantage).
  • At least 3–5 years of combined admin/accounting experience, with supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge in HR, taxation, and financial reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
