
Admin and Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, supplies, facilities, and compliance.
- Manage contracts, vendors, and company permits/licenses.
- Supervise HR-related functions (records, attendance, policies).
- Lead the accounting team (AP, AR, payroll, taxes).
- Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with BIR and accounting standards.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and overall financial health.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA is an advantage).
- At least 3–5 years of combined admin/accounting experience, with supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge in HR, taxation, and financial reporting.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
