Direct message the job poster from Philcare Pharma Inc. Job description: Senior Medical Sales AssociateKey Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development:Achieve Sales Targets:Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance targets through strategic planning and execution.2.

Client Relationship Management:Key Account Management:Cultivate and manage relationships with key accounts, ensuring clients' satisfaction, retention, and repeat business. Clients' Support:Address client inquiries, resolve concerns, and offer after-sales support to maintain strong relationships.3. Administrative & Reporting Duties:Sales Reporting:Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates to management.

CRM Management:Update and maintain records in the Clients' Relationship Management (CRM) system, tracking interactions, opportunities, and sales progress. Expense Reporting:Manage travel, entertainment, and other sales-related expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.5. Collaboration & Teamwork:Work closely with the

Area Business Unit Managers and marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and product initiatives in the field. Coordinate with the Sales Admin and support teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of products. Attend sales meetings and training sessions to share best practices, learn about new products, and enhance professional development.

Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Healthcare, or related field. Medical, Pharmaceutical, or related certifications (preferred). Experience:Experience in Sales and/or in a medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales industry with a cumulative 5-10 years of medical sales experience preferably from not more than 1-3 organizations and with a proven track record of success.

Experience selling medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare technology to physicians, hospitals, and healthcare providers. Experience working with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce.). Skills:Sales Skills:Strong negotiation, closing, and prospecting abilities.

Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective presentations, proposals, and client interaction. Clients' Service:Ability to build trust-based relationships with clients, providing exceptional service. Product Knowledge:Deep understanding of medical products, procedures, and healthcare industry trends.

Time Management:Ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Personal Attributes:Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Professional demeanor and appearance when interacting with clients. Physical Requirements:Ability to travel extensively within a designated territory or region.

Occasional long hours and flexible work schedules, including weekends and evenings when required for client meetings or events. Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in senior-level medical sales or account management. Experience with specific product lines or within specific medical specialties.
