Closed Van Driver

Job Descriptions:

• Assigning daily tasks of Trucking and Transport Coordinators.
• Attend on Customer Service (CS) and Sales queries on Trucking rates.
• Update and checking of transport daily attendance.
• Checking and finalizing Trucking costing.
• Attend on concerns of truckers, Customer Service (CS) and Sales on delivery.
• Preparing Weigh Bill Request (WBR) of tractors for transport reference.
• Monitor and update performance indicators (KPI) for subcon truckers.
• Ensuring the drivers and helpers are following company policies and procedures including safety measures and disciplinary actions if necessary.

Qualifications:

1. Education and/or Certification

· Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction 1, 2, and 3) in the Philippines.

· At least High School Graduate

1. Work Experience

· At least 2-3 years of experience driving trucks or commercial vehicles.

1. Special Qualities / Skills Required

· Knowledge of road safety regulations, routes, and areas within the Philippines.

· Must be able to read and write basic reports/logs.

. Problem-solving skills, especially in handling on-the-road issues and unexpected challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php22,000.00 per month
