Operations Assistant Manager

Industry: Corporate Travel / GDS
Qualifications:
- CRYPTIC/NATIVE GDS experience is REQUIRED.
- Must have recent or current experience supporting a Corporate Travel account.
- Minimum 2–3 years of team management experience within corporate travel operations.
- Experience handling and guiding L2 resources (complex itinerary agents).
- Strong understanding of travel processes, ticketing, and operational KPIs/SLA management.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams while driving performance.
- Strong English communication skills—both spoken and written.
- Confident in leading and participating in conference calls with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficient in creating dashboards, performance trackers, and reports using Excel and presentation tools.
- Excellent analytical, conflict management, and decision-making skills.
- Experience using at least one major GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) with strong cryptic command capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of L2 travel consultants specializing in complex itineraries.
- Act as the Ticketing SME, providing guidance and intervening when needed to resolve complex cases.
- Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds KPI/SLA targets.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, scheduling, administrative tasks, and performance management.
- Conduct coaching, feedback sessions, and team development initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality and Training, to drive process improvements.
- Lead internal and client-facing calls confidently.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to evaluate performance and track progress.
- Maintain high service standards aligned with client expectations and business goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
