About the Role

We're looking for a versatile
Marketing Specialist
to drive the overall marketing strategy and execution for Pixel Mafia. This role is responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns, maintaining brand consistency, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance across all channels. You'll collaborate closely with our creative team and contribute to the growth of the company, including the academy, studio, and broader initiatives.

Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the rollout of marketing campaigns based on company roadmaps.
  • Plan and execute initiatives such as the Art Challenge for PM Academy (mechanics, promotions, judging, social rollout).
  • Develop and manage the social content calendar across all channels.
  • Run and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google.
  • Monitor campaign analytics and adjust strategies based on performance.
  • Coordinate with internal artists to produce visuals, hero videos, and BTS content.

2. Brand & Content Creation

  • Maintain a consistent, premium, and socially relevant brand identity.
  • Write and edit copy for social posts, website updates, and email campaigns.
  • Shoot and edit short-form video content (reels, BTS, testimonials).
  • Design social graphics and thumbnails (Canva or Adobe Suite).
  • Collaborate with studio artists on advanced promotional visuals.

3. Digital Marketing & Performance Tracking

  • Manage ad budgets, targeting, and campaign performance optimization.
  • Run A/B tests and experiment with new campaign strategies.
  • Track SEO performance and optimize search ranking for key terms (e.g., game art school Philippines).
  • Analyze web traffic, ad metrics, and conversion rates; deliver weekly performance reports.

4. Community, PR & Engagement

  • Engage with followers, leads, and potential students via social media and other channels.
  • Support events such as university tours and portfolio reviews (content coverage and coordination).
  • Coordinate with press partners, influencers, and external collaborators as needed.
  • Work with Admin and Sales teams for various projects.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Creative - Graphic design, short-form video editing, copywriting
  • Digital Marketing - Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, analytics, SEO
  • Strategic - Campaign planning, funnel optimization, performance reporting
  • Soft Skills - Attention to detail, initiative, adaptability, clear communication

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing social ads and SEO campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Meta, Google Analytics, or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent writing skills and strong visual taste.
  • Bonus:
    experience in education, gaming, or creative industries.
