Role Summary:
Take routine operational load off the Manager and specialists so they can focus on strategy, creator growth, and revenue.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and its formulas.
- High initiative in studying team SOPs and finding solutions online.
- Tech-savvy and curious (familiar with APIs and digital-marketing apps).
- Knows about affiliate marketing & digital marketing campaigns (Tiktok, etc.)
- Clear English communication skills - for occasional client interactions via chat or video call.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Shop Operations
- Monitor and audit TikTok Shop listings, inventory, prices, and policies.
- Keep seller score and refund rates on target; handle violations and basic customer support when needed.
- Action client requests for flash sales, sample rules, listing edits, and ensure client preferences are correctly implemented and confirmed.
- Manage order and refund queues, automate alerts for late shipments, and ensure compliance with platform rules.
Affiliate & Community Support
- Assist with creator/affiliate outreach, DMs, and performance tracking.
- Respond to basic client questions or clarifications about affiliate or sample campaigns, and help deliver requested changes.
- Support specialists with Discord or community management.
- Help maintain and improve outreach processes and sample campaigns.
Cross-Platform & Data Management
- Set up and manage Shopify TikTok integrations and Amazon affiliate routines.
- Update and automate team dashboards and reporting (GMV, refunds, affiliate stats).
- Prepare and send scheduled client reports as needed, flagging any changes or issues.
- Time-block and manage daily Amazon affiliate tasks (approx. 2.5 hrs./day).
Process Improvement & Automation
- Build or implement automations (e.g., Zapier, Apps Script) to save time for the team.
- Help document and improve SOPs, and assist in training teammates on new processes.
- Take part in monthly improvement projects and help track efficiency gains.
Team Support & Flexibility
- Step into different team queues (Shop, Affiliate, Creator) during peak times, leaves, or when needed.
- Attend daily stand-ups and contribute to team issue logs and process improvements.
- Attend and help gather info during client onboardings.
