About the Role Join our VF Corporation's Data Science team at the forefront of AI-driven decision intelligence. We empower the organization with cutting-edge models and actionable insights to optimize business decisions across brands, supply chain, and customer engagement. As a Data Scientist, you’ll tackle complex problems using advanced analytics, machine learning, and generative AI (LLMs) to drive innovation and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Develop AI/ML-powered solutions for automation, predictive modeling, and LLM applications. Design and deploy generative AI (LLM) solutions for NLP, customer insights, and process automation. Build end-to-end data pipelines and scalable ML models using Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and LLM frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face). Lead projects to automate workflows and enhance decision-making (e.g., demand forecasting, dynamic pricing, CRM optimization). Mentor junior team members on AI best practices and ethical AI principles. Communicate insights via dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) and storytelling. Explore unstructured data using NLP and computer vision techniques. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields. 3+ years in data science with proven AI/ML model deployment experience. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with LLM tools (OpenAI GPT, Llama 2) and prompt engineering. Data wrangling (Pandas, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML). Domain knowledge in retail, supply chain, or CRM. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred: Experience fine-tuning/training LLMs, RAG architecture, or AI agent development. Familiarity with Dash/Plotly, Neo4j, MLflow, or MLOps frameworks.
