QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preparation of bank reconciliations of accounts
  • Review of Deposits and Payments
  • Lapsing of Fixed assets
  • Preparation and/or review of inventory of supplies and goods
  • Preparation of monthly profit and loss Statements
  • Preparation of annual financial statements (in-house and for auditor)
  • Any other accounting tasks that may be assigned
  • Preparation of BIR Compliance
  • Preparation of Bank Records
  • Preparation of invoices and/or collection forms
  • Recording of invoices and checks to the system
  • Preparation and/or review of the sales summary
  • Input of sales summary to the system
  • Monitoring the aging of receivables
  • Filling of invoices, sales and other related documents
  • Willing to travel to company complexes.
  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Financial Management or any related field.
  • Willing to duty in Northwalk Land Inc. 1, located in Gapan Olongapo Road Jasa, Dolores, San Fernando Pampanga
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Willing to start ASAP

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • San Fernando (Pampanga, Central Luzon): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounting Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
