About the Role

The Angular Full Stack Developer is responsible for writing code necessary for applications to integrate with each other and with external providers. This role involves working on both Angular front-end and back-end. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and business analysts to design and implement new features and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new features and user interfaces from design concepts and business requirements.
  • Write clean, readable, and testable code.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and the rest of the team to deliver well-architected and high-quality features.
  • Continuously optimise and improve existing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in an agile or scrum team using Jira or similar tools.
  • Ability to collaborate within a team.
  • Solid understanding of software design patterns.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with good attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Git, Bitbucket, or equivalent version control systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Git workflow.

Technical Skills

Front-end:

  • Angular v12 or greater (minimum 3 years of Angular2+ experience preferred).
  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
  • Proficient in functional programming. (using RxJS or signal)
  • Strong knowledge of TypeScript.
  • Experience with NPM for package management.
  • Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as Jest or Jasmine.

Back-end:

  • Proficiency in
  • Experience with GraphQL for API development.
  • Solid SQL knowledge, ideally PostgreSQL.

Nice to have:

  • Python, Django framework.
  • Job Queue system. (e.g. Graphile worker)
