The HR Assistant supports daily human resources operations with a primary focus on timekeeping and HR records management.

This role ensures accurate employee attendance tracking, maintains confidential personnel files, supports payroll coordination, and assists with onboarding and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR administration, timekeeping, or records management preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic labor laws and HR practices.
  • Experience with HRIS, timekeeping, or payroll systems is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) or similar tools.

Note: Full onsite setup

Work schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:30AM-6:30PM
