Influencer Marketing Specialist

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record in managing influencer partnerships and campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X/Twitter).

Job Description:

  • Identify, research, and engage with both micro-influencers (for niche, authentic reach) and big influencers (for large-scale brand awareness), ensuring a balanced and effective influencer strategy aligned with the brand's target audience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and key opinion leaders.
  • Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, and contract agreements.
  • Coordinate campaign deliverables, including content calendars, posting schedules, and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with influencers in the creation of engaging and brand-aligned content across social media platforms.
  • Review influencer-generated content to ensure brand consistency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor influencer posts, track engagement, and ensure deliverables are met on time.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to integrate influencer content into broader campaigns and digital assets.
  • Track campaign performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, conversions) and prepare reports segmented by micro and big influencer impact.
  • Research emerging social media trends, competitor strategies, and new influencer/content opportunities.
  • Support event activations, product launches, or PR activities involving influencer content.
  • Assist in budget management, balancing costs between micro and big influencer partnerships.
  • Respond promptly to influencer queries and resolve campaign-related issues.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
