What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a pivotal role in our marketing division, helping businesses turn their services into irresistible offers that convert.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Writing high-converting sales and marketing copy for funnels, landing pages, and video scripts
  • Creating SEO-focused blogs for our clients when required — you'll be writing blog packages purchased ad-hoc through our SEO division→ An understanding of SEO best practices and how to write engaging, search-optimised content is essential (use of AI tools is encouraged)
  • Collaborating in live client workshops via video (camera on)
  • Presenting and explaining ideas clearly with confidence and charisma
  • Helping shape campaigns that bring in measurable results
  • Working closely with our marketing leadership team inside our virtual office on Gather Town — a dynamic, collaborative online workspace where creativity thrives

  • Have an incredible understanding of sales psychology and copy conversion
  • Are naturally persuasive and write copy that sells without sounding salesy
  • Can turn any service into a magnetic offer
  • Have excellent spoken and written English
  • Understand and apply AU English spelling and style conventions
  • Have a keen eye for detail, accuracy, and presentation
  • Present well on video — clear communication, confident presence, and great energy
  • Have excellent camera and audio setup for client-facing video calls, supported by a fast, reliable internet plan, preferably with a back-up.
  • Are comfortable following our proven workshop process to help clients uncover what makes them stand out
