We are looking for a Copywriter (Thai-speaking) to join our team. Responsibilities Write and localize high-quality, engaging content in Thai for multiple channels: CRM and Social Media communications (Email, SMS, Push, In-App, NC, Pop-Up, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Line); Product communications (Promotions, Bonuses, Landing Pages, Ads, Pre-Landings); Market-specific campaigns aligned with global brand guidelines; Adapt global marketing content into culturally relevant Thai messaging, ensuring natural flow and avoiding literal translations; Create trigger-based and personalized content for segmentation (new users, first depositors, VIPs, inactive players, etc.); Provide creative input for content to marketing campaigns, gamification activities, and tournaments tailored to Thai players; Ensure all content complies with local cultural sensitivities and iGaming regulations; Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' campaigns, and user preferences in Thailand. Qualifications Native Thai speaker (mandatory); Fluent English (written and spoken); Previous experience as a Copywriter in the iGaming industry (casino, sports betting, trading, or related verticals); Knowledge of iGaming products (slots, live casino, sports betting, promotions, and bonus mechanics); Ability to create, translate and adapt content from English to Thai naturally and culturally relevant; Open to feedback and revisions to shape the content until it matches with campaign and compliance requirements; Experience writing short-form content (SMS, Push, Headlines) and long-form content (Emails, Landing Pages, Product Descriptions); Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines. Nice to Have Familiarity with CRM customer journeys (welcome, retention, reactivation, VIP, etc.); Experience with social media content (FB, IG, Telegram, Line); Basic knowledge of UI/UX copywriting.
