Philippines Airr Labs Full time ₱400,000 - ₱700,000 per year


The copywriter is dedicated to crafting excellent original content (primarily TikTok) and e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, website, etc) and other marketing materials. Copywriters will work with production and design teams to better understand project expectations, produce content with the needs of the client or employer in mind, participate in the brainstorming process, and conduct research to develop or support insightful writing. They should also be prepared to provide collaborative inputs on creative processes, such as video shoots and post process editing. Our ideal candidate is resourceful, articulate and an imaginative writer with an eye for detail and latest trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Production: TikTok Content concepts, captions, scripts & Livestream flow
  • E-commerce: Regional pitches, new business and PH brands promo communication
  • Working with content strategist, production and creative team to build marketing projects through clear, trendy and engaging copy for social content and platform content
  • Analyze and apply internal and external revisions/builds with minimal errors and less lead time.
  • Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements and the necessary steps it requires
  • Interpreting creative direction and technical information and turning them into persuasive copy concepts
  • Conduct high-quality research that can help enrich written content
  • Edit and proofread copy as needed
  • Write strategic set-ups, big idea, taglines and store copies for creative campaign pitches under regional creative team as needed
  • Proactively attend pre-production meetings, brainstorming and presentations for assigned brands.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in creative writing, communications, journalism, English, advertising or a related field
  • 1-2 years experience in advertising, social media content creation and production
  • Experience in SEO and e-commerce is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines within the given timeline
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong editorial, proofreading, and creative writing skills (show portfolio
