Packer Operator

JOB ROLE

  • Operates Packing machines at its maximum rated production capacity, maintain machines' good and safe condition by doing necessary repairs, adjustments, and housekeeping.
  • Operate and monitor Roto packer; Perform housekeeping and proper turnover to incoming shift.
  • Generate empty bags inventory.
  • Report all abnormalities noticed on their machine while operating; Perform minor repairs on packhouse equipment to ensure prompt corrective action and reduce/avoid operational downtime.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, trainings and other corporate activities in order to achieve personal and career goals.
  • Generate shift production report per packer.
  • Comply to corporate policies on environmental, health and safety in order to conform with government mandated policies; maintain accident-free operation and achieve plant safety objectives.
  • Practice and conform to all certification guidelines and procedures; Participate in annual audit to maintain and ensure renewal of certification.
