Job Description
As a Graphic Designer, you'll collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Brand Manager to create visually stunning marketing materials, both print and digital. From catalogues to social media, you'll help bring campaigns to life while ensuring brand consistency and design excellence across all platforms.

Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Day Shift, Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Melbourne time), Weekends Off

The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with an agency, marketing, or advertising company
- Background in pharmacy industry is a bonus
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects (highly desirable)
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and dedication to meeting deadlines
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment
- Previous experience with catalogue design and video editing preferred
Your Daily Tasks
- Catalogue Artwork Support - Cutting and resizing images, inserting copy, color-correcting visuals, and creating advertisements for catalogues and campaigns.
- Digital Assets - Designing web banners, EDM images, promotional tiles, and homepage graphics for catalogue promotions and online advertisements.
- Store Opening & Birthday Flyers - Adapting campaign artwork into store-specific promotional flyers and print collateral.
- POS Kits - Creating and formatting point-of-sale signage aligned with brand identity and campaign requirements.
- Social Media Static Tiles - Producing or adapting creative tiles for feeds, stories, and promotional posts for brand and partner campaigns.
- Template Building - Developing reusable marketing and stationery templates for consistent branding across all platforms.
- Local Area Marketing - Creating custom graphics and visuals for localized campaigns and events as requested.
- B2B Campaigns - Designing and editing materials for business-to-business publications and partner communications.
- Image Editing - Formatting and color-correcting images for both print and digital outputs to maintain visual quality.
- Print Media - Creating print-ready artwork and ensuring all outputs meet production standards and branding guidelines.
- Digital Media - Designing custom artwork optimized for web use and digital marketing channels.

Communication
- Proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project coordination.
- Maintain professionalism in all forms of communication, including email, chat, and meetings.
- Report conflicts, concerns, or feedback directly to managers.
- Uphold the company's communication and privacy policies.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure expectations are managed effectively across teams.
Graphic Design
- Produce catalogue, digital, print, and social media materials that align with branding standards.
- Participate in idea meetings and contribute design concepts for campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Assist with supplier artwork collection and approvals to ensure smooth production cycles.
- Proof and check all artwork prior to publication to ensure zero errors and compliance with guidelines.
- Maintain organized asset libraries, data folders, and naming conventions.
- Create high-quality visual content for exhibitions, presentations, and digital promotions.
- Support photography and videography projects, ensuring all content is properly edited and cleared for use.
- Adhere to the annual Marketing Calendar, Social Media Calendar, and Catalogue Critical Path.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Branding
- Uphold and represent the company's brand values in every creative output.
- Collaborate with the Brand Manager to evolve the visual identity and produce updated guideline documentation.
- Research industry competitors and suggest design improvements to enhance brand positioning.
- Support signage design, store branding, and new store openings in coordination with the marketing and retail teams.
- Actively promote the brand's image through thoughtful design and consistent visual storytelling.
Reporting & Project Management
- Track workflow progress using and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Generate progress reports and provide timely updates on deliverables.
- Report to the Brand Manager regarding workload challenges, timelines, or project adjustments.
- Support team productivity by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting process improvements.
- Ensure all creative outputs are delivered within agreed timeframes and project scopes.

- Stay updated on evolving design practices, tools, and market trends.
