Job Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for digital and print media (e.g., social media graphics, website banners, presentations, brochures, posters, and marketing materials).
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and other departments to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.
  • Ensure designs are consistent with brand identity, guidelines, and messaging.
  • Prepare design drafts and present ideas for review and feedback.
  • Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and layouts as needed.
  • Produce final artwork files that are optimized for web, print, or multimedia platforms.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative output.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., printers, agencies) when necessary to ensure quality production.
  • Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, and project files.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of design work.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant tools (e.g., Canva, Figma).
  • Strong understanding of visual design principles (typography, color theory, layout, branding).
  • Basic knowledge of video editing, animation, or motion graphics is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent creativity and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret creative briefs effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
