About the Role:

As a Sales Agent for our Class B segment, you'll be the frontline ambassador of our premium salon brands—driving orders, conducting product demos, and cultivating lasting relationships with high-end salons.


Key Responsibilities:

Territory Management

  • Call on assigned high-end salons (chain & independents) based on weekly route plans
  • Maintain and grow your account list—re-orders, upsells, cross-sells

Sales Execution

  • Hit or exceed individual sales targets (monthly/quarterly)
  • Present product features and benefits; close orders on-site or via CRM

Product Demonstrations & Training

  • Conduct in-salon demos of Class B products (tools, techniques, usage)
  • Support Education team by co-facilitating cluster trainings when needed

Customer Service & Account Care

  • Act as first point of escalation for salon‐level issues or complaints
  • Proactively follow up on orders, shipments, and on-hand inventory

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Log all calls, orders, and competitive insights in the CRM daily
  • Provide feedback to Sales Manager on market trends, promotions, and product performance

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or any science-related field
  • Open to fresh graduates or career shifters—no sales experience required
  • Willingness to learn sales techniques, CRM tools, and in-field product training
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Genuine interest in the beauty and wellness industry
  • Comfortable doing product demos and speaking to small groups

Familiarity with service environments (e.g., clinics, salons, spas) is a plus
