Company Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Engineering Manager for our affiliate company based in General Santos City,

The ideal candidate will oversee our engineering activities and ensure efficient and effective management of our engineering team.

Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:

  • Utilize strong analytical abilities and extensive knowledge in machine operations, specifically with boiler, seamer machines, and retort vessels.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and reliability of equipment.

Project and Operations Management:

  • Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

  • Implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and longevity.

  • Optimize resource utilization and conservation strategies within engineering operations.

CAD Operations and Design:

  • Proficiently manage CAD operations and utilize design software to support engineering projects and initiatives.

Leadership and Team Development:

  • Lead and mentor the engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards in all engineering activities.

  • Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of engineering performance and reliability.

Analytical and Reporting Skills:

  • Utilize strong analytical and reporting skills to monitor and evaluate engineering performance.

  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management on engineering activities and outcomes.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives and project requirements.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Engineering Course, preferably Mechanical or Electrical

  • At least Five Years experience in a senior position

  • Possesses analytical ability and thorough working knowledge in machine operations such as boiler, seamer machines and retort vessels

  • ​Excellent in jobs management skills (Project management, preventive maintenance, resources conservation)

  • Knowledgeable with CAD Operations

  • Keen Sense of Detail

  • Good Analytical & Reporting Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Software
