A global road trip platform offering a wide range of campervans, RVs, and motorhomes through both owned and hosted fleets. Operating in over 70 cities across Europe, North America, and Oceania. We are now hiring a Commercial Planning and Trading Specialist to be part of our growing team in Makati.

Key Responsibilities

· Drive revenue growth by maximizing gross margin, fleet utilization, and nights sold across Australia and New Zealand.

· Lead pricing, trading, and inventory management decisions using data, market insights, and forecasting models tailored to the APAC region.

· Develop and execute regional revenue strategies aligned with global frameworks while adapting to local market dynamics.

· Build cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and HQ teams to ensure alignment on commercial and revenue goals.

· Enhance commercial performance tools by improving pricing automation, reporting dashboards, and data-driven decision-making processes.

· Identify and act on market opportunities such as promotions, channel optimization, and yield management to boost short- and long-term revenue.

Must-have Skills/Experience:

· 4+ years in revenue management, trading, pricing, or FP&A.

· 3+ years in strategy consulting firms in the Philippines

· Advanced Excel and strong data analysis skills.

· Track record in driving commercial performance through pricing and data-backed decisions.

· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

· Fluent in English.

Nice-to-have:

· Experience with pricing automation, SQL, PowerBI.

· Familiarity with travel, mobility, or e-commerce markets in APAC

· Traits: Analytical, pragmatic, adaptable, proactive, collaborative.
