As a Property Sales Manager, you are responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets for Seanderg's property portfolio. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of the entire sales process, from lead management to closing deals. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and management skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and a passion for sales.

While you are encouraged to pursue individual sales, your primary responsibility is to lead and drive the performance of your team. Your success will be measured primarily on a team basis. Anywhere + Work Anytime) WE GENERATE LEADS FOR YOU Great Salary + Performance Incentives (See above) HMO Easy-to-sell rare beach property developments in Palawan Fun and Energetic team bonding events Reimbursed Expenses Related to Work (4-day island hopping and site visits to Palawan with clients for free) Responsibilities and Requirements Sales Strategy and Management Collaborate with executives to strategize, plan, and implement various long-term sales strategies (promotions, payment plans, quotas, etc.) Lead the sales team to collaborate with the marketing team to strategize, plan and help implement various marketing campaigns and strategies for lead generation.

Continuous growth, development, and mentorship of Sales Team members qualitatively (motivation, career growth, etc.) and quantitatively (number of sales people recruited, sales generated, etc.) Monitor the Sales Report and Performance of each Sales team member Lead the in-house sales team to maintain a good pool of outside brokers and agents Conduct market research (analyze competitors, the efficiency of sales strategies, etc.) Lead the sales team to do the following: Pre-qualify, entertain, contact, present, negotiate, handle objections, and close property sales leads coming from the marketing team or from your own leads Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to suggest the best property or property use case that suits them Provide information about the company's real estate properties to customers, convincing them of the desirability and practicability of real estate properties offered and how they would suit customer needs better than competitors' products and/or services Accompany buyers, when necessary, on visits to the target properties, advising them on the suitability and value of the properties they are visiting Coordinate with the Palawan team for logistics and accompaniment of buyers during visits and inspections of property Remain knowledgeable about the real estate markets and best practices Seek, build, and maintain relationships with clients and help them keep updated on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters Accompany decision makers or stakeholders, when necessary, on visits to the target properties, advising them on the suitability and value of the properties they are visiting Coordinate with the Palawan team for logistics and accompaniment of buyers during visits and inspections of property Marketing Support (In coordination with Marketing Team) There is a separate marketing team responsible for developing and executing various campaigns to generate leads which will be passed on to the sales team for follow-up, presentation, negotiation, and closing The Sales Manager will lead the sales team to closely work with the Marketing team, providing feedback and inputs from customers and the market, with the aim of developing and refining the marketing strategy and campaigns to generate leads. #J-18808-Ljbffr
