Location: Clark, Tarlac, Cebu, Manila - Philippines (Onsite)

Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PHT

ABOUT THIS ROLE…

We are seeking an Intermediate Bookkeeper to join our team, supporting Australian firms with end-to-end bookkeeping.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Process AP/AR, bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Manage payroll, superannuation, and employee entitlements
  • Prepare and lodge BAS/IAS under review
  • Maintain accurate books in Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks
  • Support senior bookkeepers and managers with reporting tasks

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 3-4+ years' bookkeeping experience in Australia-focused roles
  • Sound knowledge of GST, payroll, and compliance requirements
  • Experience with Xero and cloud-based add-ons
  • Strong accuracy, timeliness, and organisational skills
