We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting practices, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable.

Data Entry: Enter financial data into accounting software and ensure the accuracy of information.

Invoicing and Billing: Generate and process invoices for clients and customers. Monitor billing and coordinate with relevant departments to address discrepancies.

Expense Management: Reconcile and process employee expense reports. Monitor and control petty cash expenditures.

Documentation: Organize and maintain financial documents, ensuring proper filing and easy retrieval.

Communication: Assist in responding to inquiries from vendors, clients, and internal staff regarding financial matters.

Bank Transactions: Assist in bank reconciliations and monitor financial transactions.

Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, monitor payments, and manage accounts payable. Prepare and issue invoices, track receivables, and follow up on overdue payments.

Tax Compliance & BIR Payments:

  • Ensure accurate and timely filing of all BIR tax returns, including VAT, income tax, withholding taxes, percentage tax, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of BIR Forms (e.g., 2550M, 2550Q, 1701, 1702, 1601-E, 1604-E, etc.).
  • Facilitate tax payments through eFPS or manual payment channels and ensure all BIR deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience in accounting roles

Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Should be able to work well under pressure
