About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Stockman/Sales Associate to join our team at Robinsons Palawan in Puerto Princesa City. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for maintaining our store inventory, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our retail operation.

What you'll be doing

  • Effectively manage and maintain store inventory, ensuring products are well-stocked and organised
  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, answering questions and helping them find the products they need
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments
  • Assist with the display and presentation of merchandise to create an inviting and visually appealing store environment
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the store operates smoothly and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation
  • Actively participate in stock-taking and other inventory-related tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the store's success
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
