Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update customer accounts accurately.
  • Generate monthly invoices using the billing system.
  • Monitor and chase outstanding invoices regularly to ensure timely payments.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
  • Accurately code and post supplier invoices to the General Ledger.
  • Investigate, reconcile, and report any discrepancies identified during financial reviews.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
  • Handle other ad hoc duties and tasks related to the finance function as required.

Solid Experience Required In:

  • Performing monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations independently and accurately.
  • Preparing and posting month-end journals, including accruals and other General Ledger entries.
  • Identifying, reconciling, and reporting financial discrepancies.
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports with a clear understanding of reporting standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience in a similar role.
  • Qualified Accountant: CPA preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
