We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to promote and sell our range of ice cream products to retail outlets, distributors, supermarkets, and food service clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell the company's ice cream products to retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, and other potential clients.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely product distribution.
  • Ensure product visibility and proper placement in retail outlets.
  • Collect and report customer feedback to inform product development and marketing.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven sales experience.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned sales territory.
  • Knowledge of ice cream or frozen dessert products is a plus.
  • Basic computer literacy (email, encoding).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
