Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduate
  • With at least 2 years Call Center Experience (CCE) in any account
  • OR 6 months–1 year Technical Support experience
  • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 85% accuracy (Voice Support)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Amenable to shifting schedules and onsite work in Clark

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone support for IT-related concerns (hardware, software, and connectivity issues)
  • Deliver clear instructions and effective troubleshooting steps to customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of technical issues
  • Accurately document cases and follow escalation procedures when needed
  • Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and professionalism
