After-Sales Service Representative

The After-Sales Representative plays a key role in ensuring our clients receive top-quality service even after deployment of their drones.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Drone maintenance and check-ups
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues
  • Drone repair & calibration
  • Providing after-sales support and technical guidance to clients
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and seamless drone operations

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • Experience in drone maintenance, repair, or technical servicing
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and technical ability
  • Familiarity with DJI agricultural drones (advantage)
  • Ability to provide professional customer support
  • Willingness to travel for field support when needed
  • Proactive and service-oriented attitude

Experience in the same field or similar industry is highly preferred.
