Job Summary: The Marketing Professional plays a key role in driving Toyota Iligan's sales and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Promote Toyota vehicles, services, and special offers to prospective and existing customers. Identify and pursue potential leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the company. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty. Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and recommend appropriate vehicle options. Provide excellent after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events. Participate in dealership activities, trade shows, and other promotional events to attract potential customers. Utilize social media and digital platforms to market Toyota products and engage with a wider audience. Stay updated on the latest Toyota vehicle models, features, and technologies. Educate customers on vehicle specifications, financing options, and warranties. Provide detailed and accurate information about Toyota's products and services. Prepare sales and quotations, contracts, and other necessary documentation. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups. Submit regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient customer service. Qualifications: Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field. With a pleasant and vibrant personality to represent Toyota Iligan professionally. Sales experience is an advantage. With excellent communication and marketing skills for effective customer engagement. Reliable, with high integrity and a strong work ethic. Ability to deal effectively with a variety of individuals, including customers, colleagues, and management. Must be able to work well in a process-driven environment.
