Job Purpose:

To deliver excellent service and technical support to clients who use DJI agricultural drones, ensuring customer satisfaction, proper equipment usage, and timely resolution of concerns.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide after-sales customer support for DJI agricultural drones
• Assist clients with troubleshooting and operation guidance
• Coordinate maintenance, service requests, and warranty claims
• Conduct client follow-ups to ensure successful resolution of concerns
• Support on-site visits when necessary for technical assistance
• Maintain accurate documentation, service reports, and logs
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal technical teams
• Educate customers on proper care and usage of drone equipment
• Uphold company standards in professionalism and customer care

Qualifications:

• College graduate (Agriculture, Engineering, IT preferred but not required)
• Fresh graduates are welcome — training provided
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Tech-savvy or willing to undergo technical training
• Customer-service oriented and able to work independently
• Willing to travel when needed
• Experience in aftersales, customer support, or tech-related work is an advantage
