Job Description:

  1. Import/Export HS code management: Professional for Philippine import/export customs HS code policy especially for phone, pad, TV, fridge and AIOT products, choose correct HS code for cost saving and compliance follow government policy.

  2. AEO Certification: well known the AEO certification application process and policy, better to have AEO application experience.

  3. Regulatory Policy Research: Proficient in the regulations and policies of various Philippine ports involved in import/export business. Responsible for monitoring changes in customs regulatory policies from customs and other relevant regulatory authorities. Combining the company's business model and current situation, this position allows for rapid and thorough interpretation, development of solutions, and implementation to ensure the stable and compliant development of the company's business.

  4. Customs Relationship Maintenance: Develop, establish, and maintain strong relationships with customs and other regulatory authorities. Maintain close ties with local government departments to secure customized support policies and promote mutually beneficial government-enterprise partnerships.

  5. Import/Export Customs Operations: Gain a deep understanding of the platform's core customs clearance ports and declaration terminal business processes and characteristics, and be responsible for the quality of port operations. Based on the platform's business model, this position involves regular management of service providers, and ongoing assessment and optimization efforts, especially for increase the Import efficiency.

  6. Import/Export Customs Abnormality Management: Monitor the company's Import/ export declaration processes at ports, identifying, monitoring, and resolving Import/export customs risks.

  7. Utilize digital and visual operational tools to improve operational efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

  1. Proficient in spoken and written English, better to know Chinese

  2. Bachelor's degree or above in a related field, such as international customs affairs, logistics management, or logistics and customs clearance supervision. Familiarity with Philippine Customs' Import/export business models. Experience with customs affairs in the cross-border electronics industry is preferred.

  3. Proficiency in Philippine customs affairs, including import and export clearance and commodity classification, with proficiency in relevant electronics products customs skills (classification, import and export controls, valuation, origin, etc.).

  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrated resource integration and business innovation capabilities.

  5. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team, independently handle tasks, and collaborate on cross-departmental projects. Strong sense of responsibility, ability to withstand work. Customs' Import/export business models. Experience with customs affairs in the cross-border electronics industry is preferred.
