Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design electrical control panels according to project specifications and industry standards.
  • Develop panel layouts, schematics, and wiring diagrams using CAD software.
  • Select appropriate components such as circuit breakers, relays, switches, and meters for panel assembly.
  • Ensure that panel designs comply with electrical codes and regulations.
  • Identify and source electrical components required for panel assembly.
  • Oversee panel assembly and wiring by collaborating with technicians and electricians.
  • Conduct functional tests and inspections to verify panel performance and safety.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues identified during testing.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to fabricators as needed.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization in panel design and assembly.
  • Participate in design reviews and contribute to product enhancements.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in electrical panel technology.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering , Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Preferably with 1 year proven experience in electrical panel design and development
  • Proficiency in 2D CAD software for panel layout and schematic designStrong knowledge of electrical components, circuits, and systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Certification or licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
