This role combines Customer Support with Customer Acquisition

Ambitious and creative person who will drive business success and customer growth for our Enterprise Risk Management (SaaS) B2B software product and services.

  • Full Time / Remote

  • 2 Hour acknowledgement response time

  • Required availability: US PST

  • 3+ years holding a similar position

Responsibilities:

  • Develop expertise with our software to customize for businesses

  • Support Customers

  • B2B pre-sales presentations and needs discovery

  • Respond to opportunities and inquiries

  • Customer relationship management

  • Continuous learning of our product (A1 Tracker)

  • Analytical problem solving

  • Coordinate with team and customers

  • Resolve requests, manage tickets, and communication requests (Jira)

  • Lead meetings to diagnose & resolve issues (Teams)

  • Host support, demo, and training sessions (Teams)

  • Enhance sales and customer success

  • Manage sales pipelines

  • Maintain process documentation
