Job Purpose:

The GBS Operations Supervisor leads a team of documentation analysts or representatives to deliver high-quality, on-time services that meet customer and business requirements. The role ensures smooth daily operations, process compliance, and continuous improvement to achieve service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Allocate work and monitor team performance to ensure service level targets are met.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers to address needs and resolve issues.
  • Implement new processes or system enhancements introduced by corporate or regional teams.
  • Ensure documents and services are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Review and improve process efficiency and service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and other teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics Management or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics or shared services, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems and processes.

Key Metrics / Success Areas:

  • 100% on-time and accurate document delivery.
  • Compliance with customer service level agreements (SLAs).
  • High team productivity and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Continuous improvement in process efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php65, Php75,000.00 per month
