Role Overview:

The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end execution and delivery of modular kitchen and cabinetry installations for residential, commercial, and developer clients. This role ensures that all on-site activities—from delivery scheduling, site inspections, and installation coordination, to client turnover—are handled smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with brand standards. The role acts as the primary point of contact between the operations team, design and sales, warehouse/logistics, and external contractors/installers to deliver projects on time, within scope, and with a high standard of quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Execution

  • Oversee and manage the entire installation process from pre-deployment to client turnover.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure jobsite readiness before delivery and installation.
  • Coordinate with the design team for drawings, elevations, and clarifications prior to execution.
  • Plan and monitor project timelines, site schedules, installer availability, and delivery dates.
  • Lead project kick-off meetings and daily site check-ins with installers and subcontractors.

Coordination & Communication

  • Serve as the main liaison between internal departments (Sales, Design, Warehouse, Admin) and external stakeholders (clients, installers, contractors).
  • Report progress, delays, and issues promptly to the management and escalate where necessary.
  • Maintain a clear line of communication with the client regarding timelines, concerns, and expectations.
  • Ensure proper documentation of project changes, site conditions, and punch list items.

Quality Control & Compliance

  • Monitor workmanship and ensure all installations comply with technical standards and brand requirements.
  • Manage site cleanliness, safety, and proper handling of premium cabinetry materials.
  • Perform final quality assurance checks before client handover.
  • Ensure punch list and after-sales requests are tracked and closed out.

Administrative Duties

  • Prepare daily and weekly site reports with photos, progress notes, and installer attendance.
  • Review and validate installer accomplishment sheets and work logs.
  • Maintain accurate records of tools, hardware, and installation materials dispatched per site.
  • Coordinate billing triggers based on progress milestones and completion certificates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
