What You'll Do Every Day

Be part of our client's team as a Technical Support Representative, where you'll help customers resolve internet and voice service concerns, guide them through setup, and ensure they get the best telco experience. You'll be their go-to expert for reliable solutions and seamless connectivity.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Minimum 1 year of BPO TSR experience in an Australian Telecommunications campaign preferred
  • Broadband or Telecommunications campaign experience (US, UK, CA) accepted
  • Customer Service campaign experience considered
  • Experience in live web-chat support an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of networking theories, concepts, and troubleshooting
  • Bachelor's degree or college undergraduate
  • Understanding of email systems and smartphone configuration
  • Ability to multi-task and extend work hours when required

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Perform service qualification checks using advanced web-based applications
  • Troubleshoot internet and voice service issues, including telecommunication technologies such as FTTN/X, FTTP/H, FTTC, FTTB, HFC, Fixed Wireless, Mobile 3G/4G LTE, home wireless broadband, ADSL, PSTN, and VoIP
  • Communicate with customers through inbound calls, outbound calls, chat, and email channels
  • Assist new clients with internet setup, provide expert suggestions, and deliver a positive first impression
  • Use the knowledge base to research answers to inquiries and provide accurate, timely responses
  • Document customer needs, questions, interactions, and suggestions in the appropriate CRM, tools, or tracking systems
  • Comply with Australian telecom regulatory requirements and provide end-user assistance in line with compliance standards
