Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineer

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Architecture/Structural inspection
  • Able to read, analyze, and interpret design documents, specifications, professional journals technical procedure, and government regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct inspections for architectural works and verify if works and activities at site are in accordance with IFC, specifications, and approved documents.

  2. Check the quality of architectural works to ensure compliance with standards and approved documents during inspections.

  3. Review submitted shop drawings to ensure compliance with IFC, specifications and other

approved documents.

  1. Coordination with other related disciplines (Civil, MEP, QA/QC) and joint inspections with other structure inspectors.

  2. Monitor site works (architectural) and report to Resident Engineers and Experts regarding on-going works and issues found at site.
