Job Summary

The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for generating sales, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and promoting the company's pharmaceutical products within the assigned territories. The role requires a proactive, sales-driven individual who is committed to achieving sales targets, conducting product presentations, and representing the company professionally in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, Pharmacist, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals within Pampanga, Zambales, and Bataan.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare providers to ensure consistent product usage and brand loyalty.
  • Conduct effective product presentations and detailing sessions to educate clients on product features, benefits, and therapeutic indications.
  • Implement sales strategies and territory action plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Perform regular fieldwork, including territory visits, client calls, and customer engagement activities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide timely feedback to the Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Submit accurate and timely reports such as sales updates, call logs, and market insights.
  • Attend required training programs at the Head Office in Manila to enhance product knowledge and sales competency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Biology, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Preferably with experience as a Medical Sales Representative or in a sales role; however, fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply.
  • Must be willing to travel regularly and perform extensive fieldwork within Pampanga, Zambales, and Bataan.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport effectively with doctors and healthcare professionals.
  • Sales-driven, target-oriented, and highly motivated to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Confident in conducting product presentations and client discussions.
  • Willing to undergo training at the Head Office in Manila.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Central Luzon territory and healthcare networks.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
